SPCC Plans

If you answered yes to these questions, you may be required by law to have a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan. More than an oil spill contigency plan (although these can be a part of an SPCC Plan), SPCC plans detail containment and countermeasures specific to each facility. These plans must be on-site, and available if and when the EPA conducts an inspection.
